Stop Thinking So Flat

This one-minute video was programmed in C++ and OpenGL. I was a graduate student at the MIT Media Lab at the time, and my professor John Maeda had written me a short note of advice about my work at the time. As a response, I took his message to me and animated it in three-dimensional space, using a custom typeface I had created.
